Responsibility
  • Provide an amazing, personalized experience for each customer
  • Key task include liason with customer on queries, feedback and sales enquiries.
  • Keep track and monitor on all Lazada & Shopee live chat system to ensure speedy replies to all customers.
  • Monitor and manage reviews submitted by customers on their shopping experience.
  • Monthly report on lost parcel, delivery failed and discrepancy on shipping charges.
  • Liaison with customers on warranty procedure.
  • Liaison with key e-commerce marketplace such as Lazada and Shopee to claim return and refund etc.
  • Liaison with key courier network company to file for loss claim etc.
  • Effectively and proactively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through system Live Chat, Facebook, e-mails and phone calls
  • Complete call logs and report as required.
  • Quick to identify solutions to the best interest of both; the customer and the company
  • Take full ownership and follow up closely with customer queries
  • Be proactive in providing the best solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ensure feedback flows to various teams in the company to improve our services

  • Able to work overtime during key-days such as 11.11 and 12.12
Responsibility
  • Responsible for all brand official store related matters on e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee & Prestomall
  • Develop, plan and execute e-commerce strategy to ensure business growth at marketplace.
  • Marketing related activities for marketplace stores such as sales promotion, social media and brand exposure.
  • To negotiate and plan e-commerce activities, campaigns and promotions together with Brand team
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters between end consumer, e-platforms and brand team
  • Data Analytics – To review and analyze data which is pertinent to the brand to drive performance and suggest countermeasures.
  • To explore and improve e-commerce platform sales by effectively utilizing all available and upcoming e-platform marketing tools.
  • Familiar with Social Media / Digital Marketing tools.
